Anxiety Support-

This guide contains 7 days of recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner & two snacks each day! What you eat plays a large role in either increasing or decreasing current anxious or stressful cycles. This meal plan focuses on fresh, whole foods and specific nutrients such as magnesium, vitamin B6, iron and fiber that all play a role in anxiety reduciton. It is also important to note that diets high caffeine, alcohol and sugar can contribute to an increase in anxiety levels. 


*All recipes can be modified to be gluten-free and dairy-free. 

*Each recipe was planned to serve 2 people, so adjust accordingly!
