Holistic nutrition is a multi-faceted approach to health that is focused on how what we consume can largely impact ones physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Consumption can mean more than just the food we eat, it also is the tv we watch, the music we listen to, the people we surround ourselves with, the makeup we wear, the water we drink, etc. These all contribute to the overall health of an individual. It is common to be more inclined to treat just the symptoms and be done with the problem quickly. But working to get to the root of the issue will ensure those symptoms do not return. And instead of focusing on the just symptoms, holistic nutrition assesses an individuals whole health history, emotional health, current dietary patterns, and lifestyle habits to find the root cause of your current health issues.
